These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all visitors and members ("User") using the website and services operated by Local Real Estate Hub ("Locale", "Platform").
By accessing the Platform or registering as a member, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Locale is an intermediary platform that publishes property listings for sale and rent and connects real estate consultants, agencies and construction companies with individual users.
Locale is not a party to contracts between advertisers and buyers or tenants and cannot be held responsible for discussions, negotiations or final transactions between those parties.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activities performed through your account.
Corporate accounts (real estate agency or construction company) may be opened by persons who declare that they are authorized to represent the company.
When publishing a listing, you must follow these rules:
Premium membership offers additional features such as smart search alerts, price drop notifications and advanced market analysis. Its scope, pricing and payment conditions will be announced separately when the payment infrastructure is activated.
Locale may update the scope of Premium features with advance notice.
The design, software, logo and brand elements of the Platform belong to Locale and may not be used without permission. Listing content and images uploaded by users remain their property; the User grants Locale the right to use this content for display on the Platform.
Locale does not guarantee the accuracy of listing content published on the Platform. The User is responsible for legal checks relating to property purchases, sales or rentals, including title deeds, outstanding debts and contract reviews.
Locale does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform; temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates or technical reasons.
Locale may suspend or terminate a User account without prior notice if a violation of these Terms is identified. The User may request account closure at any time.
Locale may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after a change means acceptance of the updated Terms.
Disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
